Service Reminder Program:
Stop your service customers driving away!
Our Service Reminder Program is
one of our signature services.
We provide letter templates, staff training and
specifications for data extraction to meet the
needs of our targeted contact. Communications
with your customers is via full colour print
letter or email and we manage the contact with customers who are either, due or
overdue for service ensuring their cars are
maintained to factory standards. During the cycle of
customer contact which comes with this program, the dealership is informed of
retention rates at the following intervals:
· Initial
retention which is prior to marketing
commencement
· At
the first stage of marketing contact
· The
second stage of marketing contact
· Final
retention rate combining all information.
We also provide information which
show record types and quantities, and we list
customers with poor quality records so these
records can be corrected for future use. We have
a privacy process which protects customers
rights not to be contacted, and our targeted
marketing strategy ensures best offers are used
for best customers which maximises your
marketing spend.
On past results, a typical dealer with vehicles
on 6 month service intervals can expect up to a
20% increase in sales once the program process
reaches full maturity at 12 months. Calculate

Used Car Extended Warranty Program:
This program is designed to improve Used Car
sales customer conversion into Service Customers.
To achieve this objective we
use a Dealership’s extended warranty
program as leverage and we contact customers in
a similar fashion to our Service Reminder
Program. Our clients' customers are contacted
about maintaining their warranty and we manage
the contacts and analysis reports. Letters to
customers include the following types:
· First
service reminder
· Second
and final warning letter
· Optional
third and final warning letter
· Cancellation
of warranty letter
Retention rates in excess of 80% can be achieved
using our System. Calculate the number of used
cars sold in a month and compound the revisit
rates by recycling customers through service
over a typical three year period - result - a
powerful increase generated to the service
department bottom line.
Our process includes, full monthly reporting
which pinpoint retention rates and count
cancelled contracts.
Our system maximises Used Car Sales customer
returns to service, is extremely comprehensive,

New Car Database Sales Promotions:
Using a dealership's sales database, we build a
quick reference database which is cleaned and
de-duplicated allowing us to quickly extract
segmented customers by age and model. We are
then able to provide professional mail pieces
which can include double sided full colour
printing and mailing services. Mail delivery can
be in the form of mass e-mail messaging and can
include E-News publications.
This service is extremely price competitive when
considering one additional new car customer will
cover the costs of a standard mail-out to
approximately 500 customers.
Service SMS Pre-Booking Reminder:
We also offer the delivery of
Service Department pre-booking SMS’s,
which reduce service department “No-Shows”.
Dealer’s using SMS reminders have recorded
improved profitability in a number of ways. One
of these is that the SMS message service helps ensure closer to full
production hours are met and another is that our
service frees up staff time so they can
sell and care for customers.
Once engaged, Auto Dealer Solutions manage the whole process
which includes providing a report showing booking numbers
and contacts made. SMS reminders have other
benefits, including policing pre-arranged
customer arrival times and helping to reduce
customer check in congestion.
